Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Yemyem shoes! If you need an exchange, we’ll be happy to assist you within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send your pair back in its original packaging, and we’ll exchange it for you.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free refunds upon receiving the returned item. A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience.

Please Note:

Returns are only accepted for shoes that have been gently tried on indoors. We cannot accept returns for worn or used pairs.
